Been a customer for a few months now! I can honestly say this has been the best experience with an internet provider. Zero issues with set up. The tech installed my hub right where I needed it. I haven’t had a single outage and zero issues with customer service or setting up auto pay.

Loving my internet service provider is not something I would have ever thought I would do but I stand corrected. The customer service is above and beyond if you ever run into issues and the coverage and bandwidth is so nice. NextLight is by far my favorite internet provider I've ever had. It's reliable, fast, and affordable. We have had several families working and living in the same home at one point or the other and have never needed to adjust our working, streaming or gaming habits.

When I moved to Longmont, NextLight had just begun and I was excited to get away from the the other cruddy providers. I've had it ever since and haven't looked back. We had one minor issue in all my years of service and it was immediately addressed. If you're in the area and don't use them, do yourself a favor and start now.

NextLight works great for me. I have a YouTube channel so fast speeds and stability are important. I'm able to upload 4k video very fast and hold livestreams on YouTube as well. Plus, NextLight is so much cheaper than cable internet...and I don't have to deal with the horrible cable companies.
