NextLight is unequivocally the best internet provider I’ve ever heard of (in the United States at least).

Everything from their policies on net neutrality to their local first mentality sets them apart among ISPs nationwide. With a strong, straight-to-consumer fiber backbone, their service is also exemplary, with consistently high speed and low ping.

Ultimately, NextLight played a major role in my decision to move to Longmont at all, and it’s emblematic of what I like about this town: people first.

We switched to NextLight in 2020 - right at the height of WFH! It was available when we moved to our new place and is heads and tails over the other ISP we had. We've honestly never had an issue connecting. I WFH 3-4 days a week and we have 10-12 devices connected at any one time. Even when other household members are gaming and I'm working, service is consistent and stable. I would absolutely recommend NextLight - 100%!

Fantastic service! These people are great. Daniel was the last guy that visited me to finish the installation. His work and cooperation were spectacular. I could not be happpier. BTW, I forget who did the pre-install work but he was also really great. I'd offer more than 5 stars if I could.

Excellent service for an excellent price. Municipal-run (City of Longmont) utilities are the best. Thank you!! We are lucky to have this fiber-optic, fast and reliable service offered to us by the City instead of having to be stuck with a corporation that does not have our best interests at heart.

It’s great to support to a local co-op over a giant conglomerate. The prices are fair and the service has been prompt and efficient. The techs are nice and helpful, and I’ve had a couple repeat techs, so it’s nice to establish a relationship with them. I’ve been a customer since 2021 and have 0 complaints!

NextLight works great for me. I have a YouTube channel so fast speeds and stability are important. I'm able to upload 4k video very fast and hold livestreams on YouTube as well. Plus, NextLight is so much cheaper than cable internet...and I don't have to deal with the horrible cable companies.

I've been a customer for about 10 years, and it's a great service provider, the speed is amazing and the price is low. I don't think any other service can get closer to this, and that's without mentioning the customer service, they are friendly and know what they are doing, I have only contacted them a couple of times and my questions were answered at the moment. Highly recommended. If you are a Comcast customer, as I was, this will blow your mind.

I was one of the original customers for NextLight in Longmont. I was so happy when I was able to get Gig fibre to the door! I've loved their service and support over the years and the price can't be beat. Nothing but love for NextLight!

Best internet. No gimmicks no catch. Just fast, high quality, never down. And the best customer service - hands down. We lost the charge cord for our modem - no problem, come get a new one from the office same day no charge. We needed to move the location of the box (I don't know what it is called or what it does) back to an old location and since it was so quick and easy, they didn't even charge for the call out. Answer the phone when you call and actually helpful!
